Artist Russ Hogle was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, and continues to reside in Huber Heights, OH. As a child Russ was interested in cartoon art and at age 49 he finally put his self-taught skills to work and started Cartoon Matata, a Caricature Entertainment and Cartoon Art Service.
